Check-out -11:00am (10:00am Dec/Jan)

Payment
50% Deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Please make cheques payable to J Pratt and send to PO Box 158 Portarlington 3223.
Balance of payment is due one week prior to arrival.
Direct deposit is also available on request.
Cancellation Policy
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.
Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will NOT incur a cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled within 14-30 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the amount of the booking.
Bookings cancelled 14 days prior or less means that the customer is liable for the full balance.
Bookings made for December/January are non-refundable.
